When life challenges you
Ask a question starting HOW (can I overcome?), not WHY(did this happen to me?).
Why questions will lead you to think : guilt, shame, blame, anger and make you stuck.
How questions will lead you to think: acceptance, solutions, supports and make you motivated and hopeful.
We all face challenges and disappointments. And we can almost always overcome them.
