When life challenges you

Ask a question starting with HOW (can I overcome this?), not WHY (did this happen to me?).

Why questions lead you toward guilt, shame, blame and anger. They keep you stuck.

How questions lead you toward acceptance, solutions and support. They leave you motivated and hopeful.

We all face challenges and disappointments. And we can almost always overcome them.
